You will monitor performance across digital channels and collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure robust, integrated websites. You’ll perform root cause analyses and risk management to keep web projects on track, leveraging Agile processes and analytics to continuously improve outcomes.
This position offers a hands-on opportunity to shape how digital services perform at scale in a cross-functional setting.
Responsabilità
- Lead technical analysis and support solutions for multinational client’s websites
- Monitor performance of each digital channel
- Collaborate with QA Lead and development team SCRUM master
- Optimize website and third-party integrations
- Perform root cause analysis and risk assessment/management
Requisiti fondamentali
- University degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related
- 5+ years experience in optimizing Web and mobile technologies
- Agile processes experience
- Web Architectures knowledge
- Web Monitoring technologies knowledge
- Google Analytics knowledge
- Project management experience
- English fluency
