The Digital & IT Analyst supports the development, management and implementation of Information Technology systems and services for the Location and Division, providing solutions with automation and AI. Your day-to-day
- Support, maintain, and improve business applications, infrastructure, ERP systems, digital operations tools, and global business systems.
- Develop, deploy, and manage Digital IT, AI, automation, data, and process solutions aligned with Division and business objectives.
- Act as a strategic business partner by understanding, documenting, improving, and communicating business processes.
- Provide user support, training, documentation, and first-line support for business applications.
- Lead or participate in IT projects, system implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Parker, Division, safety, confidentiality, security, SOX, and data standards while supporting infrastructure duties and technical troubleshooting.
Who We Are Looking For
- University Degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, automation and AI tools
- SQL and programing knowledge
- Infrastructure and network knowledge
- Fluency in English and Italian is a must
