About The Role
The Head of Operating Unit (OU)
Data plays a pivotal role in activating Haleon's Data and AI strategy locally and ensuring that Data & AI services drive measurable business outcomes across Operating Units, as the Data Lead for the OU Data team and business-facing data leader for Europe and Middle East Africa (MEA). The role is accountable for driving business value from data, analytics and intelligence in Europe/MEA, while shaping and operating a consistent, high-performing OU data engagement capability globally across all OUs.
Operating as the primary interface between the Data Office and OUs, the role plays a pivotal part in driving delivery of Haleon's Data & AI services globally, ensuring strong business partnership, clear demand-to-value ownership, and disciplined application of enterprise-wide ways of working across intelligence, analytics, and data governance in OUs.
