Qapla' is seeking a Head of Sales to lead a four-person team and personally close major deals in a fast-growing SaaS environment. The role blends strategic planning with hands-on selling, client development, and partner management, reporting directly to the CEO.
You will drive the commercial strategy, grow the client portfolio, and ensure targets are met while maintaining a hands-on, field-oriented approach to negotiations and deal closures at scale.
