Job Overvie
As the Delivery Service Partner Manager. You'll be responsible for developing strong partner relationships, ensuring seamless integration into our delivery operations and driving performance and service excellence across assigned areas.
Responsibiliti es
Identify, onboard, and manage franchisees and regional parcel delivery partners, ensuring alignment with i Mile's operational standards and business goals.
Lead the integration of partners into the i Mile delivery network, providing comprehensive training and ongoing support. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high-quality performance.
Act as the liaison between partners and internal operations teams, identifying issues, resolving operational challenges,
and continuously improving delivery efficiency and service levels.
Drive regional growth by expanding delivery coverage, enhancing operational efficiency, and elevating customer service quality across assigned areas.
Take ownership of performance targets, ensuring KPIs are consistently met or exceeded Qualifications
