Role overviewThe Territory Account Manager for Southern Germany, Austria and Switzerland will be responsible for strengthening KASK's Safety Division presence across the region through strategic planning and active key account management.
The ideal candidate will combine market intelligence with long-term relationship management, expanding the client portfolio, executing target business plans, and collaborating closely with internal cross-functional teams to consolidate brand positioning in the territory.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Strategy & Growth: Contribute to developing business strategies to drive KASK's growth across the territoryRelationship Management: Build and maintain a strong network of contacts, fostering long-term relationshipsMarket & Sales Intelligence: Analyze market developments, industry trends, and competitor activities, while tracking, measuring, and evaluating key sales metricsPlanning & Execution: Execute annual regional and key account plans to achieve commercial goals, effectively documenting customer interactions and pipeline progressCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams, participating in key sales meetings, customer visits, and trade showsQualificationsAt least 3 years of Territory Management experience, ideally in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Safety, or Industrial/Construction suppliesFluency in both German and English is
