The Rome Common Services Center (CSC) will be newlyestablishedfollowing the relocation of several UNICEF HQ Divisions to Rome, where they will be co-located with WFP HQ. The Rome CSC will play a critical role in delivering operational support to all UNICEF Divisions basedin Romeas well as coordinating closely with WFP on the services provided to UNICEF.
Under the supervision of the ICT Officer (P2) in the Rome CSC who manages customer services, the incumbent will ensure that the right people and devices have the appropriate access to the right resources at the right time, thereby securing organizational data, maintaining regulatory compliance, and enhancing operational efficiency. This role is a vital component of the UNICEF Rome’s overall cybersecurity posture, acting as a gatekeeper for digital identities.
