About TeamFeePay
TeamFeePay (TFP) is one of the largest grassroots football club management platforms in the UK and Ireland, supporting over 2,000 clubs and more than 250,000 coaches, players, parents and guardians. We take the administrative burden off - volunteer-run clubs, memberships, fee collection, communications and financial reporting so they can concentrate on football. Headquartered in Belfast, we are now scaling across Europe, with Italy and Spain as priority markets.
The role
We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Representative based in Italy to lead our growth in the Italian market. This is a genuine build role: you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, working directly with clubs, federations and regional football networks to establish TFP as the platform of choice for grassroots football in Italy. You will be our commercial presence on the ground in your region, feeding local market insight back into product,
marketing and pricing decisions as we localise the platform. This is a role that makes you an active player in shaping the future of grassroots football in your region.
You will suit this role if you combine credible SaaS sales experience with an understanding of how Italian grassroots sport actually works – its clubs, federations and local dynamics.

Main Responsibilities
Brand Ambassador
- Represent the brand in your region and grow the footprint of TeamFeePay with grassroots, amateur clubs, leagues and Football Federation.
Solution Sales
- Learn and confidently promote, demo, and sell our system
- Effectively communicate TeamFeePay's value proposition and tailor solutions to meet client needs with a needs led approach
- Complete the pre-qual
