Role Overview
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Computational Biology Expert (PhD) to work on a Full-time basis. The role involves developing and implementing computational models to analyze biological data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems in data-driven biology.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop computational frameworks to process large-scale biological datasets.
Apply machine learning techniques to model biological systems and predict outcomes.
Develop algorithms for genomic, proteomic, or other high-throughput biological data.
Interpret results and communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.
Stay current with advancements in computational biology, bioinformatics, and related tools.
Required Skills &
Qualifications
PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or related field with relevant research experience.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or C++ for data analysis and modeling.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, including TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Strong background in statistical analysis and experimental design for biological data.
Familiarity with tools like BLAST, Bowtie, or other bioinformatics software suites.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting project deadlines.
