1. Purpose and main priorities of the role:As part of the Production team, the Lean manufacturing engineer will support the Plant manager and the Head of Operational Excellence in the activation and deployment of continuous improvement initiatives,
by ensuring the most appropriate pace of execution for the operational excellence program, balancing time to impact and cultural change in an international, rapidly growing and very challenging environment.
2. Your responsibilities will include:
- Follow up on Lean Transformation initiatives being deployed across plants, engaging all the functions involved, at all levels.
- Coordinate and sustain the tasks within the Lean Transformation project streams, identified to improve OEE plant efficiency, reduce waste and cost and promote the cultural change needed to embrace the continuous improvement approach in our daily job.
- Map, improve and standardize processes to enhance plant and machine efficiency, always adopting a structured problem-solving approach, identifying problems and carrying out thorough RCCAs.
