Sales Analyst – Support

- Manage a sale within the Sourcing team in conjunction with the Key Account Manager to ensure attractiveness to Veepee members
- Analyze and optimize offers, including assortment and prices
- Support the KAM by collecting and challenging commercial inputs needed to build offer files meeting Veepee quality standards
- Design offers using internal and external data to identify the best assortment and prices
- Monitor warehouse stock to meet stock rotation standards
- Define selling prices to maximize sold quantities and generated margin
- Forecast sales and identify potential turnover with the KAM
- Ensure commercial milestones and compliance requirements are met for timely sale openings
- Coordinate with Sales Production Teams, including Data Managers and Content Managers
- Monitor sales performance KPIs and identify growth levers and improvement actions
- Prepare post-sale reports for internal stakeholders and brand partners
- Prepare business reviews with the KAM to identify development opportunities with brand partners
- Create materials for brand meetings and participate when necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales analysis, business analysis, or similar role
- Result-oriented with strong analytical & data management skills
- Rigorous, well organized and able to work with tight deadlines
- Team player able to collaborate with different departments
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment
- High level of communication and presentation skills
- Mastery of Google Apps and Office Pack, especially Gsheet, Slides and Excel
- Excellent Local Language and good English language skills
