The role: Country Manager - ItalyAs Country Manager - Italy, you will be the face of Spiko in the Italian market. Your mission is to make Spiko impossible to ignore in Italy: build our public presence,
own the local ecosystem, and turn visibility into a growth engine that fuels the sales team on the ground.
This is not a pure sales role. You will work hand in hand with our Italian Account Executives and their Team Leader in a two-way relationship:
- you feed them qualified leads generated through your partnerships and local visibility
- you can call on their support to make major events a success
Your own focus, one level up, is on representation, partnerships, and market development. You report directly to the General Manager France, Benelux, and Southern Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Public representation: Be Spiko's voice in Italy across media, conferences, and industry events. Build the brand's local credibility and reputation.
- Events strategy: Identify the events worth attending, show up, and turn presence into pipeline. For major events, rally the sales team and make them a success
