Overview In this role you will oversee commercial contract governance to ensure compliance with internal policies across financial, legal, HR, and compliance areas. You will manage contracts in SAP and related systems, verify data accuracy, and support process improvements for contract handling and billing workflows. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Service to align on contracts and drive efficient operations.

Responsabilità

- Manage and update commercial contracts in SAP and related systems (creation, revisions, amendments, renewals, data maintenance)
- Ensure contract data accuracy and up-to-date status across systems




- Verify completeness and correctness of contract documentation and alignment with internal policies and audit standards
- Support implementation and improvement of SOPs and commercial processes, including SAP and CPQ workflows
- Prepare and maintain operational reports (contracts, instruments, pricing data) and assist data extraction for contract reviews
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Service to resolve issues and ensure cross-functional alignment
