Datalogic is seeking for Commercial Excellence Specialist to join the Commercial Excellence Team at the headquarters in Lippo di Calderara (BO). The person will be responsible in the assigned Region for the deployment and implementation of Datalogic sales processes, perform data analysis and reporting, provide training and implement Datalogic Commercial Academy training. The role is a strategic partner for sales organization and aims to enhance knowledge and skills across the whole commercial excellence and sales organization.

Engage the local sales team in embracing and delivering sales processes and sales reporting locally Work closely with the Business Leaders, acting as a trusted Sales Business Partner, providing advice to increase sales effectiveness Implement and enhance the CRM system use Monitor sales KPIs, conduct analyses and drive the business through data insights Map current processes, identify gaps vs the defined model,
define a recovery action plan and ensure its successful execution Coordinate local training and coaching sessions with the Sales team in the field on Sales, Products and Solutions Ensure that periodic measurements are taken to identify deviations from target and continuous improvement actions are defined Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree Economics, Engineering Languages: Fluent Italian and English;
Experience: 3 years’ experience in structured multinational companies and/or consulting background; Sales experience or sales processes knowledge Expert use of CRM tools (MS Dynamics preferred) Knowledge of sales process Ability to make business and data business analysis Excellent English communication skills Excellent communication and public speaking skills. Excellent teamworking and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to thrive in a multinational and multicultural environment.
Compensation & Benefits Annual Base Salary (RAL): €40,000 – €45,000 Welfare and benefits package Contract type: Permanent / CCNL Industria Metalmeccanica C011 The final compensation package (including base salary and potential variable incentives) will be defined based on the candidate’s experience, technical expertise, and overall fit for the role.
