Overview In this role, you will lead pricing strategy and governance to optimize margins and align commercial actions with market opportunities. You will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, driving data-driven decisions and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. You’ll shape pricing frameworks, enhance sales processes, and monitor performance to uncover growth opportunities.

Responsabilità

- Develop and implement pricing strategies, frameworks, and policies across regions and accounts
- Improve sales processes, tools, and ways of working to drive commercial excellence
- Analyze sales performance, profitability, and market dynamics to provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance,



and Operations to ensure alignment between strategy and field execution
- Ensure adherence to pricing policies, tender processes, and internal governance while mitigating contracting risks

Requisiti fondamentali

- Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L; dynamics
- Ability to translate insights into actionable decisions
- Experience in pricing strategy and tender management
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Power BI, and analytical tools
- Influence and credibility with senior stakeholders in a matrix organization
- Project management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Hospital procurement or healthcare market knowledge
