The successful candidate will oversee the full spectrum of HR administration, ensure compliance with Swiss employment legislation, and act as a trusted partner to management while helping shape a structured and scalable HR function. ? The successful candidate will oversee the full spectrum of HR administration, ensure compliance with Swiss employment legislation, and act as a trusted partner to management while helping shape a structured and scalable HR function. Key Responsibilities - Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. - Draft, review and administer employment contracts and all HR-related documentation in compliance with Swiss employment legislation. - Ensure accurate management of personnel administration, employee records and HR documentation. - Act as the internal reference point for Swiss employment law, HR compliance and employee administration. - Coordinate HR administrative activities with payroll providers, external partners and local authorities. - Manage work permits, social insurance administration, employee certificates, absences and other employment-related matters. - Develop, implement and continuous
