Business manager Internship [Engineering division]

You will join our team in Rome, as a Business Manager Intern, supporting the development of our Engineering business line. You will gain hands-on experience in business development and recruitment activities within a multicultural and dynamic environment, directly contributing to the expansion of our company.
Your Missions
- Conduct cold calls and prospecting to identify potential clients
- Support the preparation of presentations and commercial proposals
- Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities
- Participate in the search and pre-selection of candidates
- Contribute to the definition of recruitment strategies and talent network creation
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure an efficient recruitment process
- Assist in onboarding and integration of new team members

Your Profile
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or a related field
- Eligible for an extracurricular or Master's internship agreement
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools
- English fluency
- driving license
- You demonstrate strong communication skills
- You are dynamic, proactive, and eager to learn
- You show a genuine interest in sales,
recruitment, and consulting
- You thrive in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
