Responsabilità
- Develop and grow the peripherals business across Europe
- Build and strengthen relationships with manufacturers and key vendor partners
- Lead commercial negotiations, performance reviews, and strategic planning
- Own vendor engagement and portfolio expansion strategies
- Analyze market trends and distributor dynamics to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate reporting and visibility of business performance
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and other internal teams
- Represent the business in vendor meetings and strategic discussions
Requisiti fondamentali
- Several years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of manufacturers, distributors, and IT channel dynamics
- IT market knowledge
- Experience in business development, negotiation, and vendor management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong Excel and Office 365 proficiency
- Experience in European markets (highly valued)
- High level of English; additional languages are a plus
- Commission-driven, adaptable, and business-oriented mindset
- Background in peripherals or PC categories is a premio
- Experience in multicultural and fast-changing environments
