Within the Automation business area, we are looking for a Service Manager for our Genoa office.

As the IPT Leader for the assistance and maintenance contract, the Service Manager:
- is involved in the commercial initiative, helping to analyze the sustainability of commitments and to evaluate the risk level of the service contract already at the proposal stage,
- interfaces with the end customer for the management of contractual warranty and post-warranty commitments, in close coordination with the other company functions involved (proposal & sales, supply project manager, after-sales assistance),
- defines and keeps updated the program of the project/service initiative assigned to him/her,
- takes charge of and administers the budget
