Overview
As EMEA Financial Controller based in Milano, you will oversee controlling and reporting for the region, ensuring accuracy across markets. You will collaborate with local finance teams, the Financial Shared Service Centre, and Corporate Functions to deliver timely financial information and support monthly close, analyses, and budgeting. You will drive process improvements, reporting automation, and standardization across the region.
You will contribute to the group’s performance, compliance, and strategic planning within a global luxury context.

Responsabilità
- Support EMEA controlling and reporting activities across the region
- Assist in monthly closing and management reporting packages
- Prepare monthly P&L; analyses with variances vs budget/forecast/prior year
- Consolidate financial information from countries and departments ensuring data consistency
- Monitor operating expenses and support budget owners on performance and cost trends
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc analyses to aid decision-making
- Assist with internal and external audits and statutory reporting
- Contribute to process improvements, reporting automation and standardization initiatives across the region
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3/4 years of experience in controlling team or audit firm
- Previous experience in retail controlling for fashion brands is highly appreciated
- Graduated in Business Administration, Management or similar
- Naturally accurate and deadline-oriented
- Collaborative, analytical skills and ability to work well within a team
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Dynamic, stress resistant, able to propose solutions
- Advanced user of MS Office
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and Hyperion is a plus
- Fully fluent in English; proficiency in French is an advantage
