We are seeking anAutomation System Engineerto join a managed services team supporting and improvingGMP manufacturing and automation systems. The role will focus on automation system support, PLC/SCADA troubleshooting, IT/OT infrastructure, cybersecurity, system qualification, disaster recovery, and the implementation of new and upgraded automation systems. Must-Have Skills
StrongAutomation experience within a GMP environment.
Strong knowledge ofSiemens, MES, OSI-PI, and/or General Process Control.
Hands-on knowledge ofPLC/SCADA, automation hardware, and industrial networking.
IT Security/Cybersecurityexperience.
Experience withIT backup and Disaster Recovery.
Strong knowledge ofMicrosoft Server and Windows operating systems , includingActive Directory.
Basicdatabase administrationknowledge.
Strong competency inIT/OT infrastructure.
Ability to assess thecriticality of application support issues and prioritize accordingly.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field or equivalent work experience.
