Train, support and collaborate with Sales, Customer Care Operations and Marketing in identifying customer needs and innovative solutions fulfilling technical and application related specifications considering sustainable total cost of ownership Support the CC team on in order loading and in particular, configuring the non-standard orders Attain and maintain deep industry knowledge of belting/conveying solutions, products & services and customer applications in assigned industry segments(s) Support and provide application engineering training for internal resources and customers Leverage all available systems (CRM, ERP,
