We explicitly invite people, who work in the production and who have the willingness to develop in this position. We will support with trainings and coaching. Your Tasks as Application Technology Specialist Paper & Board:
- You play an important role in advancing our technological capabilities to support our innovative packaging ink solutions.
- You are the bridge between our development teams and customer applications to ensure optimal product performance and customer satisfaction across the EMEA region.
- You provide technical expertise for printing ink applications and customer projects.
- You perform laboratory and printing press trials to evaluate product performance.
- You analyze technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- You support innovation projects together with R&D; and Product Management.
- You build strong customer relationships through technical consultation and on-site support.
Your Qualifications and Skills as Application Technology Specialist Paper & Board:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Printing Technology, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent technical qualification. Besides this we explicitly invite people, who work in the production and who have the willingness to develop in this position. We are happy to support you with trainings and coaching.
- You have a proven experience in application technology, preferably within the printing ink or packaging industry, and understand printing processes in detail.
- You have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- You are an effective communicator with the capability to deliver technical presentations and training.
- You are able to work collaboratively in multicultural and cross-functional teams across the EMEA region.
- You like to travel to customers and participate in international projects.
- You are fluent in English.

Salary Range We offer a competitive compensation package aligned with the candidate's qualifications, skills, and professional experience. The annual gross salary range for this position is EUR 35,000 to EUR 40,000, with the final offer determined based on the candidate's background and expertise.
