Overview In this role you will drive sales growth and market expansion for GE Healthcare’s ultrasound portfolio in a defined territory. You will build strategic customer relationships and present value-based solutions that improve clinical and operational outcomes. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to execute territory plans, manage complex deals and public tenders, and influence product strategies.

This is a landscape where strong healthcare domain knowledge and stakeholder leadership translate into measurable patient and organizational impact.

Responsabilità

- Achieve and exceed sales targets for the ultrasound portfolio
- Identify new business opportunities with public and private providers
- Develop and execute territory and account plans
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clinicians, radiologists, cardiologists, administrators, and procurement teams
- Lead complex sales processes including tenders and high-value negotiations
- Promote ultrasound solutions aligned with clinical pathways and patient outcomes




- Collaborate with Clinical Application Specialists for demonstrations and clinical support
- Communicate GE Healthcare’s value proposition and differentiation
- Collaborate with marketing, service, finance, and application teams for integrated solutions
- Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and deliver forecasts
- Analyze territory performance and apply corrective actions

Requisiti fondamentali

- Proven sales experience in healthcare or medical devices
- Understanding of hospital environments and healthcare systems
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and public procurement
- Track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Business
- Fluency in Italian and good English proficiency

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Consultative selling approach (value-based selling)
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of ultrasound or diagnostic imaging
- Knowledge of medical imaging technologies
- Experience with CRM tools
