Overview In this role you will drive field sales for the CooperSurgical Fertility portfolio across Italy, building strong customer partnerships and delivering above-market growth. You will work with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions, stay compliant, and use market insights to shape sales tactics. Your efforts will support consumables, Genomics, equipment, and service offerings while expanding the customer base.

Responsabilità
- Drive sales growth for the fertility portfolio in the assigned Italian territory and exceed quarterly targets
- Develop and close commercial proposals, standing orders, and contracts; manage tenders and market opportunities
- Coordinate local marketing activities aligned with corporate strategy and ROI-focused promotions
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting and provide regular sales analyses using tools like PowerBI
- Build deep customer relationships with all stakeholders to understand needs and enhance value proposition
- Identify and convert leads for consumables, equipment, and genomics through cross-functional collaboration
- Plan and execute customer visits and campaigns; coordinate with Clinical Application Scientist and regional sales team
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and SOX awareness; manage timelines for financial reporting
- Proactively share market data with corporate stakeholders and feedback insights for strategy
- Collaborate with Equipment, Genetics, Marketing, Regulatory, and Finance teams to deliver superior service
- Monitor sales trends and adjust tactics to ensure ongoing growth
- Prepare and participate in local promotional and training activities to drive ROI
- Utilize CRM, PowerBI, and other tools to plan, forecast, and report
- Travel approximately 80% to meet customers and opportunities
- Maintain account ownership and manage whole portfolio across the territory
Requisiti fondamentali
- Strong sales track record in fertility/medical devices; ability to drive commercial success
- Extensive fertility industry experience or strong affinity for the market
- Experience in fast-paced field sales with opportunity identification and deal closure
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business or Science with 4+ years of medical device sales
- Knowledge of reproductive medicine is an advantage but not required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM; PowerBI experience preferred
- Understanding of local compliance legislation and SOX awareness
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; capable of cross-functional collaboration
- Willingness to travel ~80% and work in a field-based role
- Ability to prioritise workload, work under pressure, and adapt to change
