Overview

As Account Manager North Italy you drive sales strategy and customer engagement across Neurology, Ophthalmology, ENT, Spine, and Plastic Surgery. You’ll collaborate with the Medical Division and European Marketing to grow market share while ensuring customer satisfaction and accurate forecasting. This remote role covers Northern Italy, offering meaningful impact in a leading microscopy and AI-based analysis solutions provider.

You’ll shape territory plans, mentor partners, and translate scientific insights into value for customers.

Responsabilità

- Develop and implement a sales strategy for the assigned territory to meet financial targets
- Plan and conduct regular visits to existing customers to assess needs and satisfaction




- Manage channel partners and drive their sales force to exceed targets
- Review and validate the sales funnel to assess win probabilities and report on performance
- Demonstrate products independently or with an application specialist across key specialties

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree in Biomedical Engineering (or equivalent)
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
- Leadership with Channel Partner (Agents/Distributors)
- Preparation of Public Tenders and related technical documentation
- Availability and flexibility to travel within the assigned territory

- SFDC (Salesforce) pipeline updates
- Capital Equipment (optional)
- Account Manager experience for Medical Device (optional)
- Background of Application Specialist (optional)
