We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented SPA Attendant who shares our values of exceptional care and guest wellbeing. With your attentiveness, precision, and eye for detail, you will create a welcoming and tranquil SPA environment where every guest can relax, recharge, and enjoy a memorable wellness experience.
Tasks
- Maintaining cleanliness, order, and presentation of all SPA areas
- Preparing relaxation areas, treatment rooms, and wellness spaces
- Ensuring towels, amenities, and supplies are always available
- Welcoming guests and supporting a comfortable SPA atmosphere
- Assisting guests with information about SPA facilities and services
- Supporting hygiene and safety standards throughout the SPA
- Monitoring the condition of equipment and reporting maintenance needs
- Supporting the SPA team with daily operational tasks
- Creating a peaceful environment through attention to detail and care
Requirements
- Previous experience in SPA, hospitality, housekeeping, or a similar environment is an advantage
- Strong sense of cleanliness, organisation, and attention to detail
- Friendly and respectful approach towards guests
- Languages: Basic knowledge of English, German and/or Italian
- Reliable and responsible working style
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Appreciation for wellness, hospitality, and creating comfortable environments
