Job Description:
Join our dynamic Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team and drive innovation in production excellence! We're seeking a Senior Professional who is passionate about optimizing manufacturing processes and implementing cutting-edge solutions.
What will you do:
- Lead the deployment and implementation of the Schneider Performance System (SPS) across multiple sites and methodologies
- Conduct manufacturing research and development to enhance production efficiency and quality standards
- Develop and implement standardized manufacturing procedures while evaluating and optimizing production costs
- Collaborate with vendors to determine product specifications and ensure timely delivery
- Spearhead technical feasibility testing and production process improvements

- Deep understanding of production systems and performance improvement methodologies
