Install, repair and maintain NoeCha’s printers in the field.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As NoeCha’s service technician, you will be in charge of the following activities:

-
On site installation, training and start-up of the production with the customer.
- Remote and on-site troubleshooting, repair and maintenance.
- Produce detailed technical reports and keep history the ERP system.
- Installing and maintaining demo printers.
- Installation and service support during exhibitions
- Support to production or R&D; department when in the office.

REQUIREMENTS

To perform at best all these tasks, you should have:

A technical degree or certificate in mechanics/electronics/electric engineering.
- A good ability to work with flexible work schedule, to adapt to last minute changes & travels.
- Min. 2 years’ experience in maintenance of industrial machines, preferably in the printing industry.
- Good English skills are required (CEFR min. level B1).
