Store Operations Oversee stock management, replenishment and back-of-house organisation. Manage returns,
exchanges and online orders, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer. Guarantee that internal processes, documentation and operational standards are followed consistently. Anticipate challenges and solve them with a practical, proactive and positive mindset. Strategy & Collaboration Share valuable insights from customers, the team and store performance to help improve the business.
