This is your chance to take real ownership of the future. /p pThis role is integral to the development and success of one of our most exciting new product lines. You will be working cross-functionally to ensure our product meets customer needs and align with the company’s strategic goals. You will be a highly proactive individual, results driven technical professional, that’s keen to make an impact in the HVAC world. This role gives you the chance to be at the hub of future products and services as you will be working with the RD teams as well as the sales Marketing teams to ensure a great new product launch as well as maintain the success we have in the market with our existing portfolio. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liConduct research with the market and customers to define latest trends and needs then transfer this into the product vision and strategy /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and sales.



/li liDevelop and prioritise product roadmaps that align with business objectives. /li liCreate and maintain product documentation, such as specifications and user stories. /li liDevelop a detailed product remit that includes technical specifications, target pricing, and forecast sales, ensuring support literature is ready for launch date. /li liProduce project and launch plans, coordinating with the Marketing Sales Teams to ensure successful execution. /li liAnalyse product performance metrics and customer feedback for continuous improvement. /li liUnderstand market drivers, unique selling points (USPs), positioning, and differentiation as well as maintaining a market bench mark document. /li liMonitor market, competitor, and industry trends to implement actions that leverage market opportunities. /li liEstimate demand forecasts for goods by analysing trends and seasonality patterns, updating ERP (QAD) accordingly. /li liParticipate in meetings to facilitate business decisions on inventory and manufacturing. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
