CEVA Fagioli is looking for a Proposal Manager Junior to join the Sales Department of the Heavy Road Transport (HRT) and Heavy Lifting & Haulage (HHL) Division based in Reggio Emilia or Milan.
The candidate will join the Global Sales Team and support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, working closely with the Engineering Department, Sales teams, and other internal stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to start a career in an international environment and gain exposure to complex engineering projects.

Main Responsibilities
- Support the analysis of Requests for Quotation (RFQs), coordinating with the relevant functions to assess technical, commercial, operational, and strategic aspects, and contribute to the bid/no-bid decision-making process;
- Support the evaluation of project requirements and contribute to identifying solutions that meet client needs;
- Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial offers, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards, while evaluating business capabilities and resource availability;
- Contribute to the achievement of team targets and business objectives, supporting the growth of order intake, revenue generation, and fleet utilization in line with the Division's strategic goals;
- Participate in technical-commercial meetings and support proposal discussions with clients;
- Assist in the preparation of technical project documentation and technical-commercial presentations required for client meetings;
- Ensure the correct use of proposal and pipeline management tools, maintaining data quality, process consistency, and compliance with company business rules, governance principles, and reporting requirements;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement by suggesting possible enhancements in line with market developments and customer expectations.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Management Engineering;
- Recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience including internships, thesis projects, or technical-commercial activities;
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
- Availability to travel for short business trips and technical-commercial meetings;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Proactive attitude and flexibility;
- Strong organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset.

- Gross Annual Salary (RAL): € 29,000 - € 32,000;

The final compensation package will be determined based on several factors, including professional experience, technical knowledge, skills, qualifications, and overall suitability for the role.
