Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Economics, Finance, or similar

Recent graduates or students at their last year of Master's

Mindset: Eager to learn, open to feedback, and resilient under pressure

Analytical skills: Able to analyze data accurately and extract meaningful insights

Communication & Tools: Strong writing and presentation skills;
proficient in Excel andPowerPoint

Organization: Reliable in managing deadlines and supporting team deliverables

Languages: Fluent in English (B2+) and the local office languageWhat You’ll Do

Project Delivery: Help define business requirements,
track project activities, and support test documentation

Client Interaction: Coordinate meetings, prepare clear materials, and support leadership in key updates
