ph3 -Operations Tender Manager Italy (m/f/d) /h3 h3Medical Devices /h3 pOur client is an binternational manufacturing and distribution company /b in the field of medical devices. /p h3Your Tasks /h3 ul liManage and optimize daily office workflows, internal processes, and operational KPIs /li liLead and support the local team in logistics, orders, invoicing, warehouse management, accounts, and IT support /li liSupervise and support public tender processes for hospitals and healthcare institutions in Italy /li liAdvise on complex procurement procedures, compliance topics, and administrative requirements /li liEnsure compliance with Italian healthcare regulations and public procurement law /li liEnsure smooth order processing, invoicing, claims handling, stock control, and consignment inventory management /li liAct as the interface between local operation, sales, logistics, and the international headquarters /li liManage vendors, office facilities, fleet contracts, and operational costs /li liCoordinate medical congresses and corporate events /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liAt least 5 years of experience in operations, office management,
