Event Coordination Intern

**Mission** The Events Coordination Intern will be an integral part of the Corporate and Internal Events Team and will support in the different activities of planning, organizing and managing internal and external events. He/she will report to the International Events Senior Manager. **Main Accountabilities** **- Support the Events Team in organizing and coordinating all aspects of fairs/press, clients and internal events
- Coordinate the organizational and logistics activities with all involved units (Business Units for products, Logistics for shipments, Architect for architectural setup, creative agencies, talents for the entertainments)
- Cooperate with Information Technology department in order to have necessary connections established in the location.
- Cooperate with General Services and Security in order to guarantee security according to the product location.
- Check and monitor supplier activities (hostess recruiting,
price lists on paper preparation, flowers, cleaning, internal restaurant, etc.).
- Define and manage invitation and agenda, according both to fair/event purpose and invites needs or special requests
- Supervise accommodation according to the agencies dedicated to Hotels, transfers, restaurants, etc.
- Provide support during the event both to Bulgari staff and invitees.
- Monitor and manage operational activities linked to budget after manager's approval **Profile**:
**Requirements**:
**- Master’s degree in communication/Marketing/Business or similar fields
- Good knowledge of Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Fluent English and Italian, French is a plus
