Our mission is to be the partner that provides excellence, expertise and world class service to propel our customers forwards. /p pLearn more on: /p h3ABOUT THE ROLE: /h3 pFor our sites in Italy (Nichelino and Bergamo), we are looking for an IT Manager who will be accountable for the support to business functions located in Italy, and of the smooth operation of IT applications, data infrastructure. Collaborating with the Group IT, the role will lead the local IT department and manage the effective delivery and operation of networks, hardware, SW, data processing, support to users and disaster recovery systems and processes. /p pMain work location will be Nichelino (TO), with availability to travel in Italy. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: /h3 ul liPartner with Global Applications and Infrastructure teams in the local execution of IT projects, to enable quick and efficient adoption of global solutions at local level /li liImplement the Global IT strategy and architecture to support the optimization of IT performance in the medium and long term /li liImplement the Global Cyber Security strategy, risk mitigation planning and execution ensuring effective 24x7 security for the assigned business environment /li liExplore new and more efficient ways of managing processes and data flows, to continuously improve business operations /li liEnsure the alignment of all technical applications architecture to Company’s standards,
taking required remediation actions in case of need /li liProvide quick, technically effective and cost-efficient desk side support to all business users under the area of responsibility /li liWork with colleagues across relevant functions and with external vendors in requirement collections and execution of local projects /li /ul h3YOUR EXPERIENCE: /h3 ul liGood understanding of how IT components support the business. /li liProven IT management experience within manufacturing environments in regulated industries (e.g. pharma) /li liProven experience managing technology infrastructure, systems and support operations /li liExperience supporting manufacturing systems and solutions /li liDemonstrated success in delivering technology projects, system implementations and operational improvements /li liProfessional knowledge (written and spoken) of English language /li /ul h3YOUR SKILLS: /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar /li liAbility to analyze/ understand end-user perspective and how to support business /li liCapability to contribute strategically as well as tactically and operationally /li liCapacity to collaborate in a worldwide team with other functions/geographies /li liStrong analytical, planning and team working skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. /li liExcellent communication relational skills (technical business teams) /li /ul pAll applicants are welcomed in an inclusive environment.
