Datalogic is offering an **Operations Engineering Program Manager**role, reporting to the Global Operations Engineering Senior Manager, he / she will collaborate with the Operations Engineering area.
- The **Operations Engineering Program Manager**will be in charge for organizing and coordinating projects and programs by ensuring the delivery of the desirable outcome to our Organization.
- Key Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate and monitor inter-connected projects
- Coordinate cross-project activities
- Develop and control schedule, budget and related activities
- Assume responsibility for the program’s objectives
- Assess and report program performance and aim to maximize ROI.
- Requirements: - Education: University degree (preferred in Industrial Engineering)
- Languages: Italian, English fluent
- Experience:



2 - 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role in an Manufacturing Company (preferred if Electronic)
- Other Information: - Solid understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
- Solid knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Powerpoint, MS Project etc.)
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills & problem-solving abilities
- Good knowledge of Operations is preferred
- Flexibility, creativity and proactivity
- Capability to work in a dynamic team and in a complex environment
- Open mindedness
