It contributes to the coordination of budgeting, forecasting, and treasury reporting activities while driving continuous improvements in process efficiency, data quality, and governance. Operating in a multinational environment, the position works closely with Group functions and local Finance teams to ensure alignment and consistency across treasury operations. The role combines financial expertise with a strong digital mindset, leveraging technology, automation, and Artificial Intelligence to optimize treasury processes, enhance controls, and support the evolution of data‑driven financial management. /p h3bJob Responsibilities /b /h3 ul liContribute to the monthly Treasury closing and reporting process, with focus on Net Financial Position, cash flow, financial income and expenses, and bank charges /li liSupport the preparation and analysis of Actual, Forecast and Budget figures, identifying key variances and underlying business drivers /li liMonitor Treasury KPIs and support the preparation of clear management reporting and analytics /li liCoordinate data collection and follow‑up with subsidiaries and local Finance teams, ensuring completeness, consistency and timely submission /li liPerform reconciliations and data‑quality checks,
maintaining appropriate documentation and audit trails /li liSupport cash flow forecasting and the analysis of forecast accuracy /li liContribute to intercompany funding reporting and other Treasury controlling activities /li liSupport the development of reporting, analytics and automation solutions to improve Treasury processes and decision‑making /li liExplore the practical use of approved Artificial Intelligence tools to simplify recurring activities, improve analysis and enhance the preparation of reports, while ensuring appropriate review and control of outputs /li liParticipate in cross‑functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives within Group Treasury /li /ul h3bQualifications Skills /b /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field /li li3-5 years of experience in Controlling, FPA, Treasury, Reporting, Audit, or similar analytical roles /li liStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret financial data and identify trends /li liProactive, curious, and solution‑oriented mindset, with a continuous improvement approach /li liInterest in digitalization, automation, and the application of AI in finance processes /li liStrong collaboration and communication skills in international and cross‑functional environments /li liFluent English /li liAdvanced Excel skills and experience working with large dataset /li liKnowledge of ERP, reporting, consolidation, or Treasury Management Systems. /li liFamiliarity with Power BI, Power Query, Python, Treasury products, financial instruments, or IFRS is a plus. /li /ul pThe compensation package will be determined based on the experience, skills and the scope of the role, applying objective and gender‑neutral criteria.
