As a Territory Manager, you drive commercial growth for Abbott's Cardiac Occluders and ICE imaging solutions across your assigned region. You'll partner with interventional cardiology teams to expand procedural volumes, defend pricing, and grow market share while ensuring optimal patient outcomes. The role combines technical clinical support with strategic account management to enable cross-functional collaboration and business development.
You'll work closely with physicians, hospital stakeholders, and KOLs to advance imaging-guided workflows and integrate solutions into routine care. This position offers impact at scale within a mission-driven medical devices business.
Responsabilità
- Manage accounts and achieve sales targets
- Develop and execute account plans to grow procedural volumes and market share
- Lead commercial discussions, tenders, and purchasing processes
- Defend pricing strategy and value proposition
- Monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities
- Maintain sales performance visibility and forecast outcomes
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and coordinate local KOL management
- Drive adoption of intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) and imaging-guided workflows
- Provide technical and clinical support during Cardiac Occluders procedures
- Support procedural planning, case reviews, and education for physicians and cath lab teams
- Act as a clinical/technical resource for ICE and imaging applications
- Collaborate with Interventional Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists, Imaging Specialists to optimize workflows
- Liaise with cross-functional departments (Clinical Studies, Sales, Customer Service, Tender Management)
- Maintain CRM/SFDC data and inventory, report product events
- Ensure compliance with quality, legal, and ethical standards
Requisiti fondamentali
- University degree in a scientific, biomedical, healthcare, engineering or technical discipline
- Significant experience in the medical xkiyazw device industry
- Proven experience supporting Interventional Cardiology procedures and working with Interventional Cardiologists
- Proven experience with Cardiac Occluders procedures for left atrial appendage closure/occlusion
- Experience with Cath Lab and/or Hybrid OR procedures
- Experience with cardiac imaging workflows and ICE is a plus
- Strong commercial, negotiation, presentation and account management skills
- Professional proficiency in English
