Our leading technology and strong market position enable us to achieve growth targets in the energy transition across current and growing market segments such as hydrogen, data centers and e-mobility. /p h3How You’ll Make An Impact /h3 ul liEvaluating, selecting and applying standard techniques, procedures and criteria to perform tasks for conventional projects with few complex features. /li liActing as a design authority for a particular engineering discipline. /li liCollaborating on project installation, commissioning and site activities, clarifying potential issues and providing technical support.
/li liAssisting in creating proposals for projects through coordination of proposal documents and engineering estimates and performing risk analysis before submitting proposals. /li liOverseeing the creation of subcontract and managing subcontractors jointly with other involved functions, including supply chain management. /li liEnsuring engineering activities comply with required safety regulations and contractual requirements. /li liLeading and coordinating teams in all engineering disciplines (both in-house and outsourced) on low complexity projects. Leading single or multi-discipline engineering teams of less than 5 people. /li /ul h3Your Background /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree/Master's Degre in Electrical/Energy/Mechanical Engineering or similar field. /li li5/7 years of relevant previous work experience in GIS (gas insulated switchgear) and/or AIS (air insulated switchgear) and/or EPC power plants. /li liAble to work with different and multiple stakeholders, proven expertise in coordination of projects and people. /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills /li liExcellent teamwork and problem-solving skills /li liProficiency in both written and spoken English and Italian /li /ul h3More About Us /h3 pWe believe great work thrives in an environment where people feel genuinely supported and fairly rewarded.
