The Role
We are looking for an experiencedIT Infrastructure & System Administratorto join our IT team and contribute to the management, security and continuous improvement of the company's IT infrastructure.
The role covers bothon-premise and cloud environments, with responsibility for ensuring the reliability, performance and security of servers, virtualization platforms, networks and core IT services.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business operations while contributing to infrastructure projects and technology evolution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, maintain and optimizeWindows Server and Linux environments, including physical and virtual servers.
AdministerVMware virtualized infrastructure, ensuring availability, performance and scalability.
ManageMicrosoft Active Directory, user access, group policies and core infrastructure services.
Support and maintainnetwork infrastructure, including switches, firewalls and connectivity services.
Contribute to the company'scybersecurity initiatives, ensuring systems remain secure, updated and compliant with internal standards.
Manage and monitorbackup, disaster recovery and business continuitysolutions.
Supporthybrid environments, including on-premise systems and Microsoft Azure services.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and second-level support for infrastructure-related issues.
Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities and contribute to infrastructure enhancement projects.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, technology vendors and external partners.
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience inIT infrastructure and system administration.
Strong knowledge ofWindows Server,Active Directoryand virtualization technologies, preferablyVMware vSphere/ESXi.
Experience managinghybrid infrastructures, including cloud services such asMicrosoft Azure.
Good understanding ofnetworking concepts, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routing and firewall management.
Familiarity withcybersecurity best practices, backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Good communication skills and proficiency in English.
