OverviewIn this role, you ensure product quality across development and operations, leading QA protocols and root-cause-driven improvements.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to resolve defects, audits, and NCRs while driving continuous quality improvements.
You'll analyze performance data to monitor trends and support standardization of processes.
This position offers a chance to shape quality culture within a global manufacturing environment and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives.
ResponsabilitàDevelop, implement, and maintain QA protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with standards
Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to regulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues on NCRs
Lead root cause analyses and manage corrective actions to prevent recurrences
Provide training and support to staff on current quality standards and best practices
Participate in developing and reviewing project plans to ensure quality requirements are defined and met




Analyze performance data and generate reports to monitor quality trends and support continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee quality within operations, promoting excellence in products, processes, and systems
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline
3–4 years of related experience
Strong ability to read and interpret complex drawings/blueprints
Knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO ****)
Analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in RCA and quality tools (fishbone, 5W2H, 5Whys, Pareto, 8D)
Full English and Italian language proficiency
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with basic GD&T; and Lean (preferred)
Computer proficiency in Excel and Word
Ability to work independently and in a team
