Define reliability qualification plans for Smart Power BCD technologies
Ensure reliability characterization of dielectric layers
Execute reliability stress tests and electrical measurements
Analyze electrical data and perform drift analyses
Support release of qualification reports
Master degree in physics or electronic engineering
Knowledge of main reliability failure mechanisms
Knowledge of technology steps and features
Good knowledge of programming fundamentals and statistical methods/tools for data analysis
Good knowledge of LabVIEW and/or Python software
