/ph3Scope /h3pCoordination and execution of customer orders in accordance with their requirements and/or procedures based on PSA BDP Ethics Responsibilities: /ph3Ethics Responsibilities /h3ulliContact with the dedicated customer for instructions / reminder /liliProcessing of agent and early warning messages(network contact)
/liliCommunicate information to customers and partners in parallel /liliHandling of anomalies / disputes /liliProposal for corrective and preventive measures /liliContact with the warehouse and other subcontractors /liliDuty to inform and advise the customer on the formalities of international movement of goods /liliDuty to communicate the information of the files in charge to his hierarchical manager /liliMonitoring the quality of service center services.
/liliCreate SOP's when require to support the offshoring process.
/liliTrouble shooting to proactively find suitable solutions in time and manner to the customer /li /ulh3Job Requiremen ts Requirement s : /h3ulli2-3 years of experience of logistics and forwarding operations/regulations and documentation or Degree in Logistics /liliPreferable a professional degree by a licensed educational institution specialized in logistics and forwarding.
/liliComputer literacy with Microsoft Software applications and /or other market leading software applications.
