We strongly prefer candidates who live in Immokalee, Ave Maria, or the immediate surrounding area. This is not a remote position. You will need reliable transportation to and from site. /p pThis person would be the first point of contact for common technology issues. The position is intended for someone who can handle routine support independently, gather the right information, and work with TeamLogic when an issue requires additional access or more advanced technical expertise. /p pThis is not a systems administrator or engineering position. We are looking for someone with a solid technical foundation, strong customer service skills, and the ability to follow an issue through to completion. /p h3Primary Responsibilities /h3 ul liRespond to employees who need technical assistance. /li liTroubleshoot common computer, application, login, email, printer, monitor, and connectivity issues. /li liAssist with new computer setups and employee onboarding. /li liHelp with employee offboarding, equipment collection, and account-related requests. /li liInstall approved software, peripherals, and replacement equipment. /li liPerform basic hardware troubleshooting and coordinate repairs or replacements. /li liKeep track of assigned equipment and report inventory changes. /li liGather screenshots, error messages, device names, and other relevant information before escalating an issue. /li liServe as TeamLogic’s onsite point of contact when physical access to a device or network equipment is needed. /li liFollow troubleshooting instructions provided by TeamLogic and report the results clearly.



/li liKeep users informed of progress and make sure issues are fully resolved before considering them complete. /li liDocument the issue, the steps taken, and the final resolution. /li /ul h3Issues This Position Should Be Able to Handle /h3 pThe Level 1 technician should be comfortable handling common issues such as: /p ul liComputer and Microsoft 365 login problems /li liBasic Outlook, Teams, and Office application issues /li liPassword resets and multifactor authentication assistance /li liPrinter and scanner troubleshooting /li liMonitor, docking station, keyboard, mouse, and peripheral issues /li liBasic Wi‑Fi and network connectivity troubleshooting /li liAccess to approved network drives and shared resources /li liBasic computer performance issues /li liSoftware installation and updates /li liNew workstation setup and equipment replacement /li liBasic user onboarding and offboarding tasks /li liIdentifying whether an issue affects one user, multiple users, or an entire location /li /ul h3When TeamLogic IT Should Be Involved /h3 pTeamLogic would continue to manage and support the systems that require administrative access, advanced troubleshooting, or engineering-level knowledge, including: /p ul liServers and network infrastructure /li liFirewalls, switches, and wireless infrastructure /li liMicrosoft 365 and Entra administration /li liAzure and AVD environments /li liCybersecurity tools, alerts,



and incidents /li liBackups and disaster recovery /li liAdvanced permissions and access issues /li liVendor coordination requiring technical oversight /li liWidespread outages or recurring problems /li liIssues the Level 1 technician cannot resolve after completing reasonable initial troubleshooting /li /ul pThe Level 1 technician would not be expected to solve these issues independently. Their role would be to identify the problem, collect the necessary information, perform any appropriate initial troubleshooting, and work with TeamLogic until the issue is resolved. /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liPrevious experience providing basic IT or help desk support /li liWorking knowledge of Windows computers and Microsoft 365 /li liFamiliarity with common office equipment and basic networking /li liAbility to follow technical instructions and established procedures /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills /li liGood organizational and time‑management skills /li liAbility to document work clearly and accurately /li liComfortable asking questions and escalating when appropriate /li liAble to work independently while also collaborating with TeamLogic /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For /h3 pThe right person will be patient, approachable, and comfortable working directly with employees who may not be technical. They should have a natural ability to troubleshoot, remain calm when someone is frustrated, and take ownership of an issue instead of immediately passing it to someone else. /p pJust as importantly, they need to know when an issue is outside their level of access or experience. We want someone who will make a reasonable effort, document what they have done, and bring TeamLogic in with enough information for us to assist efficiently. /p pThe goal is to have a reliable onsite resource who can handle everyday technology needs while maintaining a strong working relationship with TeamLogic IT. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
