ppHolding /p pHuman Resources /p pMilano, IT /p pTalent Acquisition Manager Italy /p pWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager Italy to join our People Organization team based in Milan. /p pHow you make the difference /p pThe Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and executing Bolton’s end-to-end recruitment strategy, ensuring the attraction, selection, and hiring of high-quality talent aligned with business values and goals. /p h3How Your Agenda Looks Like /h3 ul liContribute to the definition of the Talent Acquisition strategy and governance for Italy, in close partnership with the PO teams; /li liPartner closely with PO Managers and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance; /li liEnsure a positive and consistent candidate experience across all touchpoints; /li liManage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors; /li liEnsure compliance with local labor laws and company policies; /li liLeverage data and recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire; /li liSupport the Group Organizational Development, Talent Learning COE for employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the market. /li /ul h3Your Team /h3 pYou’ll directly report to our PO Director International Global Functions. /p pThe role doesn’t include direct reports.
