You will work across our international markets on all things related to digital platform revenues, combining analytical rigour with operational ownership. This is a dual‑facing role: on one side, you will manage relationships with third‑party food delivery platforms across multiple markets; on the other, you will take direct ownership of our owned digital channels, from promotional strategy to revenue management and performance reporting. /p pThe starting point is the field. You will need to understand processes from the inside — including the most operational ones, to then have the credibility and vision to improve them and, where possible, automate them.
/p pThis role suits someone who is ready to get into the detail, think strategically, execute independently and constantly look for ways to make things work better. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 h3Third-Party Platforms /h3 ul libRelationship ownership: /bBuild and manage strong, long‑term relationships with third‑party platform partners, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted consultant. /li libCommercial negotiation: /bLead negotiations on contracts, marketing agreements, and financial termswith the goal of improving revenue, margins, and overall partnership value. /li libPerformance analysis: /bMonitor and analyse partner performance metrics; translate data into clear insights that guide both internal decisions and partner conversations. /li libGrowth strategy: /bDevelop and execute account strategies that grow market share, improve financial performance, and strengthen competitive positioning. /li /ul pAcross both areas, you will collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other teams to implement tailored solutions and ensure commercial objectives are met. /p h3Owned Channels Digital Operations /h3 ul libChannel ownership: /bTake full responsibility for our owned digital channels: promotional calendar, revenue targets, margin management, and performance reporting. /li libPartnerships project management: /bManage digital partnerships and lead owned‑channel initiatives end‑to‑end, from brief to delivery, ensuring timelines and KPIs are consistently met.
