-- Rewards Data Intelligence Associate Manager Requisition identifier: ********* Location: Milan, Lombardy, Italy Employment type: Full time Description The team The Work in addition, you will be partnering with clients to work on broader reward-related projects.
Further responsibilities include: Develop trusted client relationships by ensuring high quality consulting advice and service is delivered; Roll out industry-specific compensation survey(s) allowing you to advise and consult with companies on their rewards practice and broader HR challenges; Contribute to new business development by raising client awareness of products and services and identifying cross-selling opportunities; Provide and sell up-to-date insights, industry and market focused benchmark reports; Building strong relationships internally and collaborating effectively with colleagues in Europe Coach people within the team.
Qualifications Requirements You have at least 5 years of relevant working experience in Compensation or HR consultancy; You are interested in discovering the consulting environment and can't wait to work with multiple clients across the world in a fast paced and commercial environment; Strong interest in Compensation Ability to be a self-starter, initiative-taker, work independently, but also cooperatively in a team environment; You have strong written and verbal communication skills; You have excellent analytical skills, are accurate and have attention to details; Fluency in English is required.
Compensation Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of local pay transparency legislation.
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is €35,000 - €53,000.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive target bonus of 10%.
The applicable classification level for this role is intended to be Level 2 of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Commercio) but the scope of the role may change depending on available candidates' qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
As such, the ultimate CBA level may be different.
