-- We are looking for a Commercial Controller to support the OTT business in planning, analysis, and monitoring of commercial performance, actively contributing to strategic decision-making.
This role works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, ensuring a clear and data-driven view of financial and business performance.
Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyze commercial performance (revenues, margins, digital KPIs) Support the definition and tracking of budget, forecasts, and strategic plans Perform variance analysis and identify performance drivers and improvement areas Develop periodic reporting for management (dashboards, presentations, insights) Partner with commercial teams to assess pricing strategies, promotions, and business models Conduct profitability analysis by product, customer, and channel (e.g. subscription, advertising, partnerships) Support the development of business cases and investment initiatives Continuously improving controlling processes and tools Requirements Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields 3–6 years of experience in commercial controlling / FP
