We are recruiting on behalf of an international industry leader looking for Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Hydraulic, and Maintenance specialists to join their growing service team.

In this role, you will work with modern marine equipment, providing maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and upgrade services while supporting customers across various locations.
What You'll Do Perform service, maintenance, refurbishment, and upgrade activities on advanced mechanical and electro-mechanical equipment
Carry out inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control system issues
Prepare service reports and technical documentation
Share technical knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with customers and colleagues to deliver high-quality technical solutions

You may be a great fit if you have:
Experience working with mechanical, hydraulic,
electrical, mechatronic, or industrial equipment
A qualification, completed apprenticeship, diploma, degree, or equivalent hands‑on experience
Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
Ability to read technical documentation and engineering drawings
Good communication skills in English
Willingness to travel extensively across Europe as part of the role
Nice to Have Experience in marine, offshore, industrial machinery, heavy equipment, energy, manufacturing, or related environments
Experience with maintenance, field service, commissioning, or technical support activities
